A well told story that unfortunately fails on two counts:-
1. It would seem that English is not the authors first langauge, This has caused many mis-spellings and errors in grammar, making the story a little stilted.
2. i do not like watersport/golden showers and scat stories. So if this story had been given the correct codes i would not have read it and therefore given it such a low mark. (5/10)

Nice! Very nice indeed. Story was really good, and I liked the way the details of the woman's torment for her "victum" progressed. (8/10)

The author has a solid, if someone familiar premise. A matriarchal state with men as second class citizens at best, subjected to harassment and abuse by the ruling female authority. This story would actually be a 7 or an 8 if not for the grammar and general construction. Frankly, it reads as if the author is not a native English speaker and this tends to pull the reader out. I would respectfully suggest the author team up with someone who could help clean up the writing so as not to disrupt things. You've got potential, you just need to polish your work is all. (5/10)
