Folks who aren't from New York City always forget the prefix 'East' or 'West' when quoting a street which has a number. Every numbered street left of Fifth Avenue is preceded by 'West', the other side by 'East'...
Which had me wondering where exactly our narrator was abducted: East 52nd Street or West 52nd Street. Details, I know. But they matter to me.
Like masterdw said, excellent start. Wonder if Kemosabe is going to continue "The Vault", or not. Maybe he got stuck on Washington Square...
