"Against Her Nature" breathes this infectious juvenile enthusiasm which feels very refreshing in a BDSM story. On top of that, the main character -Melody- has this aura of endearing vulnerability which is at the same time very moving and utterly believable. Maybe this story couldn't compete with published authors (I was under the impression it should compete with those published authors' stories anyway) but granting a tenner nevertheless, just because fallenstar managed (besides moving me) to get everything exactly right. As such, I'm very glad fallenstar didn't edit the story, but left it as she first wrote it. Very nice indeed. A very unusual story told well but in an odd style. THE STORY: A story about a slave trying to be Mistress at her Masters insistance. Considering how short the story is, there is a good deal of decription of Melody being totally unhappy and out of her depth at being dominant over another. It also makes a change to have a story with no bad language, whipping, fucking (or any sex at all) or beatings. It was refreshing reading a story about a Master who cares enough for his slave to push and test her limits and be satisfied with the results. THE STYLE: A peculiar style, which at first seemed a little off putting. Although i feel this could have been handled in a better more readable style, it does have a rather comforting quirkyness about it. OVERALL: i thoroughly enjoyed this short story and am gratefull to the author for sharing this with us. Well done and thanks. (10/10)

- thank you very much :) i like to think my writing has gotten better since i wrote this.. this was the first story i wrote. i debated going back and fixing it when i finally decide to post it, but i felt that would be.. ruining the character of the story for me :) thanks for the nice review!
