Story irritated me no end because of the use of the word 'table' seven times in six consecutive sentences. Get a synonym dictionary, or restructure your sentences, please. Story was, besides my irritations, a nice read, with a likable character in the form Erin. SG's inventiveness is what 'saves' the story in the end. Because, and although "Oh To Be Thin" is a nice read, it also is constructed rather clumsily. JJ (8/10)
