Most of the story is meandering introduction and unneeded details (what was up with the battle scene that had no impact on anything else?) The actual body was entirely narration -- dump all of this for more dialogue and description! The choice of Vega as a homeworld was also a bit unfortunate; I kept thinking of Vegans who don't eat meat, and that was a harsh contrast with warlike lizards -- remember to think about the connotations of all your names and places! There was, however, some good imagination and though stifled by extraneous info, there was a good plot. Take this back to production, write an outline of your plot as a guideline, and rework this -- I look forward to seeing the result! (4/10)

Could have been an interesting idea, but the execution isn't very good I'm afraid. No reach characterisation, no real attention to detail. It's just a meandering series of statements about "this happened, then he did that, then she said this..." from start to finish. The sci-fi aspects are all bog standard cliches, the author doesn't try to do anything remotely original or interesting here - and again, the execution is pretty poor. I hate to give low ratings, but to be honest I'm being generous with a 4. (4/10)
