Shiu is arrested, stripped, humiliated, used sexually by guards, and transported to a re-education camp. There she barely survives death by starvation thanks to a guard who also uses her sexually. |

"probing me with insolent fingers". Really? Given the name of the narrator, she is Chinese, or Korean maybe. So let's suspend our disbelief and say she speak grandiloquent English. Even then, this is a testimony, presumably a written testimony or something given in court or something, I don't know. So would any rape victim or torture victim really speak with such elegance about what happened to them? It's just not really believable, and I found the story quite paradoxical and just not believable at all. (4/10)

The story is somewhat unique as it does not present any bizzare treatments of the prisoner. It is normal matter of fact reporting of typical treatment of political prisoners undergoing "reeducation".
It is erotic content, well written, and ethicly timely. (9/10)

- Thank you. If it sounds true, it is because it is unfortunately based upon what is happening today in (mainland) China. There are from 1200-1500 work camps in which criminals, political prisoners, and members of the Falun Gong religious group are indiscriminately mixed together. You can read more by just searching
Falun Gong on Google. And the USA still buys goods made with slave labor, despite the law. The fate of the heroine is better than most; thousands die in the camps each year.
