I haven't read "Modern Dairy," so I can't comment on that, but this was interesting. I agree that older subjects would have made it better for me. Also, there were some small typos that jolted me whenever I saw them. Overall I really did enjoy this one, though it could have been better. (7/10)

It would have been a much better read if you would have kept to the original style of the story. (5/10)
