The basic premise for this story is fine. The build up is acceptable. The editing is definitely not up to snuff; way too many typos, strange sentences, extra words, and all the usual stuff that plagues an author's first draft. The tense used did not seem appropriate. None of these imperfections are fatal to the story, but taken together they make reading this effort most difficult. I am also going to assume that English is not the native tongue of the author, so Omar gets credit for working somewhat effectively in an alien language. If the author takes these observations to heart subsequent chapters could be greatly improved. Finally the amount of heat that this tale generates to date is well below what I expect from a story of this nature. (5/10)

This portrayal of a Rowandian/American damsel in distress is well enacted by the writer and deserves reading by any so inclined to be entertained by a narrative that reeks of today's headlines and then some. (7/10)
