Sorry to say, the first thing that put me off was the spelling and grammar (secretory[secretary]). A lot of Americanisms not used in UK (Ass? Panties? The last in particular, not in Lancashire, and in Southport).
I was attracted to the story, in particular, because I'm sub and enjoy bondage, but also because I live not far from Southport myself. I hope the author doesn't take my points personally.

Story lacks everything a story needs, like background, character development and decent dialogue.
A waste of time, I'm afraid for both reader and writer...
